Hey there! Welcome to my little corner of the internet :)

My food journey began about 6 years ago when I was diagnosed with thyroid disease and had to do a complete 180 with my diet and lifestyle. 

I became fascinated with nutrition and started experimenting in the kitchen, recreating healthier versions of my favorite foods. I realized that food was really the medicine that was going to heal me.... and eventually it did.

I now have a bit more freedom in my diet, but still enjoy whipping up delicious healthy meals at home.

My mission is to help make cooking wholesome meals at home more approachable and fun for all to enjoy!
