Ingredients
1 - 2 bags chopped romaine lettuce
Trader Joe's Organic Jasmine rice packets (if making bowls)
1 lb. ground turkey
½ packet Trader Joe's Taco Seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 jar Trader Joe’s tomato less corn salsa, divided
Trader Joe's Green Goddess salad dressing, divided
cotija cheese, grated, to taste, can also use shredded cheddar
6 - 8 mini sweet peppers, sliced
1 can black beans, divided
Trader Joe’s organic elote corn dippers, for garnish
fresh cilantro, for garnish
lime wedges, for garnish

Directions
Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1-2 tbs oil.

Step 2
Once hot, add the ground turkey and use a meat masher to crumble into small pieces as it cooks. Once meat is partially browned, season with salt and 1/2 pack taco seasoning. Add 1/4 cup water and stir. Continue to cook until meat is browned and water has been absorbed.

Step 3
Remove meat and set aside.
Step 4
Assemble individual bowls with lettuce and/or white rice and top with black beans, corn salsa, sweet peppers, taco meat, green goddess dressing and cojita cheese.
